There are four categories in the curriculum in the NeoTheory Method.

- Learning the Modes of the Major Scale

- Phase 3
- Advanced note memorization techniques
- Advanced improvising techniques
- focus on the techniques of a genre of the students choice.
- Advanced indepth instruction on fretboard visualization.
- Phase 4
- This phase is where a student is considered advanced but is seeking next level instruction. At this level the smallest things such as different picking techniques or different perspectives of learned techniques can make a huge difference in the consistency, endurance, or sound of the students guitar playing. At this level the instructor will evaluate your playing and make a guitar workout plan to guarantee that you improve (with some hard work of course)!

Kenji Taylor is the lead instructor at NeoTheory. He has been a professional musician for over 10 years and has been teaching guitar and music theory for over 8 years. In that time, he developed his own method of teaching that has brought many of his students to their goals of playing in churches, clubs, and/or forming bands of their own.
